Its built-in Airaid Cold Air Dam (CAD) Panels add cold passages to the filter, effectively delivering a continuous stream of air to your engine.
Isolated from Heat. The Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake with a Blue SynthaMax Dry Filter is sealed to the hood via weather stripping to keep the system isolated from the hot engine compartment. This design keeps the air temperature low until it reaches the hot engine.
Reusable and Washable Filter. To ensure maximum filtration efficiency without sacrificing air flow, the Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake uses a premium air filter made from non-woven synthetic material. The filter is washable, so it will last you a long time.
