Increased Powerband. Boost the muscle and performance of your Dodge RAM with BBK 1-3/4 in. Tuned Length Shorty Headers in Titanium Ceramic. The headers significantly increase air flow with their precise cut to inlet length, and replace the stock exhaust manifolds to give you more horsepower and mid-high torque.
Brawny Sound. Improved throttle response and a quicker release of exhaust creates a deeper, more forceful exhaust tone and volume.
Retains Catalytic Converters. The BBK 1-3/4 in. Tuned Length Shorty Headers bolts directly to the existing exhaust system, and uses the existing catalytic converters and mid-pipe.
High-End Construction. The 16-guage aluminized steel tuned-length headers are CNC mandrel bent, providing a full 1-3/4 inch diameter unrestricted airflow. The collector flange is 3/8-inch thick, and is a one-piece laser-cut unit that ensures a precise fit. The headers have a titanium ceramic finish.
No Retuning. After installing these BBK 1-3/4 in. Tuned Length Shorty Headers, no computer retuning will be required for getting up to peak power and performance.
Not CARB Certified. The BBK headers are not CARB certified, so they’re not legal for use in California or any other state adopting California emission standards.
Application. The BBK 1-3/4 in. Tuned Length Shorty Headers fit 2003-2008 Dodge RAM 1500 models with 5.7-liter engines and either 2WD or 4WD, excluding Mega Cab models.
