Tuned Length Shorty Headers in Titanium Ceramic as a replacement for your RAM stock exhaust manifolds. The headers are precision cut to inlet length to provide a significant increase in airflow, thus enhancing both power and performance.
Aggressive Sound. The CAD-designed tuned-length headers create improved throttle response that mirrors the release of exhaust gas for a deeper tone and volume.
Keeps Catalytic Converters. The Titanium Ceramic BBK 1-3/4 in. Tuned Length Shorty Headers are designed as a stock bolt-on installation with the existing exhaust system, so replacement of catalytic converters and mid-pipe is unnecessary.
Precision Construction. The tuned-length headers are made from 16-gauge aluminized steel that is CNC mandrel-bent to maintain a consistent 1-3/4-inch diameter for unrestricted airflow. The 3/8-inch collector flange is a one-piece, laser-cut unit for a precision fit. The headers are finished in Titanium Ceramic.
No Retuning. After installing the BBK 1-3/4 in. Tuned Length Shorty Headers in Titanium Ceramic, no computer retuning will be required for getting up to peak power and performance.
Not CARB Certified. The BBK headers are not CARB certified, so they’re not legal for use in California or any other state adopting California emission standards.
