The Belltech Nitro Drop II Front and Rear Shock for Stock Height Front / 0 to 2-Inch Rear Drop is engineered to enhance ride quality and handling specifically for lowered vehicles. It preserves proper damping and control for trucks with no front drop and a rear drop between 0 to 2 inches, improving overall stability and comfort.
Construction and Appearance. These shocks are built with hardened chrome 12.5mm piston rods and metal dust boots to protect internal components. Triple lip NBR rod seals increase durability by preventing oil leaks. The 45mm wide body design raises oil volume for better cooling, while 30mm pistons equipped with low friction Teflon seals ensure smooth and responsive operation. OEM quality rubber bushings provide noise and vibration reduction, completing a robust and professional finish.
Installation. Installation requires no drilling and is straightforward, making the shocks suitable for both experienced do-it-yourselfers and professionals. They mount directly in place of factory components to accommodate the specified lowering range.
Application. These shock absorbers are designed to fit 2002-2008 2WD Dodge Ram 1500 models, excluding SRT-10 variants, ensuring proper compatibility and optimized performance within the intended drop range.
