Description

Throaty Exhaust Note. Improve the sound of your 2007-2008 Chevrolet Silverado 4.8L V8 pickup truck with an Aluminized Single Side Exit Cat-Back Exhaust from CGS Motorsports. The stainless steel canister muffler is specifically designed for maximum exhaust efficiency and produces a smooth throaty sound on the outside yet remains perfectly tolerable from within the cab. Larger diameter piping improves exhaust capacity and recovers horsepower that is otherwise lost within the more restrictive factory system.

Aluminized 3″ Piping. Made from 3″ diameter piping, CGS Motorsports fabricates this cat-back out of aluminized steel and is mandrel-bent for crimp-free radii and turns. The low impedance canister style muffler with a centered inlet and offset outlet is made from stainless steel for even better protection from corrosion and blow out. A large 4″ polished stainless steel exhaust tip replaces the factory tailpipe and exits behind and to the side of the truck.

Quick Installation. This CGS Motorsports Single Side Exit Cat-Back Exhaust is a bolt-on replacement for your 2007-2008 4.8L Chevrolet Silverado pickup. Using the factory mounting points, this cat-back will bolt in place with using basic hand tools in no more than 2 hours.
