Strong and Reliable Construction. The Fabtech 6″ GEN II Basic Lift System’s bracketry and skid plate are made with 1/4″ thick steel. Hence, it provides strong support and proven reliability, especially when your Sierra 1500 is conquering challenging terrains.
A Clean Appearance. Because the system retains the standard track width, the truck’s tires are kept under the fenders for a neat near-factory look.
Smoother Ride. With the Fabtech 6 in. GEN II Basic Lift System’s relocated front differential and high velocity 9-stage valving, vibration is noticeably lessened even while driving at higher speeds.
Reduced Installation Time. The GEN II Basic System uses a simple upper coilover spacer. This allows for lift from the top of the shock, instead of from the bottom up, allowing for easier installation.
Two Versions Available. This Fabtech Kit is available in two versions. There is an option for Sierras equipped with an aluminum alloy or stamped steel front suspension. And there is an option for Sierra models equipped with a cast steel front suspension. Please be sure to choose your suspension from the options listed above.

Fabtech is so confident in its line of lift systems that they will repair or replace products found to be defective in materials or workmanship for so long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. Choice of Shocks. Fabtech 6″ GEN II Basic Lift System is available with your choose of shocks. You can choose between stealth monotube shocks or performance twin tube shocks. Please be sure to choose your preference from the options listed above.
Application. The Fabtech 6″ GEN II Basic Lift System is designed to fit 2014-2018 2WD and 4WD GMC Sierra 1500 models that have a crew cab or a double crew cab. The kit does not fit Denali models with Magnetic Ride Control.
