This fuel lift pump features state-of-the-art filtration technologies to enhance cold weather starts, fuel mileage, and fuel volume delivery. In addition, it protects your truck’s fuel injection system and gives a quieter engine idle.
High-Grade Filter. This fuel lift pump uses a high-grade filter with a 2-micron filtration rating. This effectively removes water, air, and debris from your truck’s diesel fuel. It further contains (2) 6061 T-6 billet aluminum bulkhead fittings to process more fuel. Furthermore, it’s preset with 16-18 PSI fuel pressure and rated at 165 gallons per hour for better compatibility and performance for your RAM 2500.
Advanced Technologies. Unlike other fuel filters, this fuel lift pump has FASS Whisper Technology that dramatically reduces the sound levels to a whisper while increasing fuel flow rates. What’s more, it includes Performance Radius Cuts, a machining technique that creates smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing to stop air and vapor from returning to the fuel. Meanwhile, its Mass Flow Return technology cleans the fuel by keeping a positive pressure to prevent cavitation.
