Better than OEM. GMS High Performance Ignition Wires are a direct OEM replacement for your 2007 to 2013 GMC Sierra equipped with a 4.8, 5.3 or 6.0-liter engine. In fact, these wires are superior to factory-supplied OEM ignition wires. They increase power to the spark plugs that is 400% over stock. When you install these wires in your truck, you will add 15 HP to normally aspirated systems and up to 35 HP to s/c, turbo or nitrous systems.
