High Performance Shocks. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series Rear Piggyback Shocks with CDCV for 0 to 3-Inch Lift deliver exceptional off-road capability and a comfortable street ride. These shocks utilize advanced damping technology and a piggyback reservoir to control suspension movement and reduce shock fade, ensuring consistent performance in demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Made from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum with precision CNC machining, these shocks feature corrosion-resistant impact extruded aluminum cylinders and induction hardened, chrome plated shock shafts. The remote reservoir and billet aluminum manifold enhance durability and heat dissipation, providing a premium finish and long-lasting reliability.
Installation. Installation is straightforward; however, slight modifications to the rear shock mounts may be necessary. This provides a near direct replacement experience without the need for drilling.
Warranty. These shocks come with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty covering defects and workmanship for an extended period.
Application. Specifically designed for 2007-2018 Silverado 1500 models with 0 to 1.5 inch rear lift. Not compatible with Magnetic Ride Control or hybrid drivetrains.
