With a High-Flow Catalytic Converter.Compared to the exhaust flow in factory a catalytic converter, that of the Kooks High Flow Race Catalytic Converter is smoother and greater in volume. However, you should note that this item is not CARB Compliant and it can’t be legally used, sold, or installed in a registered vehicle in the state of California.
