Throttle response, horsepower (+5-10%), torque (+5-10%), and fuel mileage (+1-2 mpg) all gain from the installation, which pulls away exhaust fume backpressure so the engine runs more freely. The cooling effect even lessens the risk of breakdown and helps oil and lubricants last longer.
Quality Manufacturing. MBRP makes the XP series out of T-409 stainless steel, a type that will last rust-free for a truck’s lifetime (though it may discolor). The tubing is 16-gauge 3″ pipe, with mandrel bends that minimize restrictions and turbulence in the exhaust flow. The 4.5″ tips are made from gleaming, polished T-304 aircraft grade stainless steel that doesn’t tarnish like T-409.

Depending on your cab and box size, some cutting to the piping may be required.
