More Power Better Performance. Improve the power and performance of your turbocharged 6.7L Powerstroke Super Duty by installing a Mishimoto Heavy-Duty Bundle Kit. This Kit includes a Mishimoto primary radiator, secondary radiator, intercooler, intercooler pipe and boot kit, upper support bar, and silicone coolant hoses. With the Mishimoto Heavy-Duty Bundle Kit installed on your 6.7L Powerstroke Super Duty you will see and feel a dramatic increase in power.
Air-to-Water Intercooler. The Mishimoto Air-to-Water Intercooler is a direct fit replacement that provides a 22% increase in air flow when compared to the stock 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler. This extra flow results in dyno-proven gains of 40 lb-ft torque without any other modifications. This Mishimoto Air-to-Water Intercooler features cast aluminum end tanks that are precision TIG-welded to the bar-and-plate core to eliminate any potential leak points. The bar-and-plate core provides efficient cooling and unsurpassed strength. The Intercooler is powder coated for good looks and corrosion protection.
Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit. This Piping replaces the weak plastic cold-side pipe, which is prone to cracking, and the restrictive hot-side pipe with mandrel-bent aluminum piping for smoother air flow which results in an increase in power. Manufactured from lightweight mandrel-bent aluminum tubing to eliminate restrictive bends, both of these Intercooler Pipes were designed with a CNC-machined quick-disconnect flanges for quick installation. Silicone couplers with DuraCore™ technology are included, as well as stainless steel constant-tension T-bolt clamps to ensure a tight, leak free, secure fit.
Radiators. Replace your stock primary and secondary radiators for cooler engine temperatures. With a 20% increase in fin surface area and a 10% thicker core than stock, the Primary Radiator is a direct fit replacement that provides a 37% increase in coolant capacity when compared to stock. The Secondary Radiator increases cooling surface area by 27% (when compared to stock) and reduces charge air cooler temperatures by up to 6°F. Manufactured from high-quality, aircraft-grade aluminum, these Radiators quickly dissipate unwanted heat ensuring lower engine temperatures. Both the Primary and Secondary Radiators feature fully brazed, aluminum 2-row cores and TIG-welded aluminum end tanks to eliminate any potential leaks. Both the inlet and outlets have CNC-machined factory-style quick-disconnects.
Silicone Coolant Hose Kit. These Mishimoto replacement Coolant Hoses are made to last. Constructed from a combination of high-grade silicone and heat-resistant embedded fibers, these Hoses offer increased pressure and temperature tolerance over the stock rubber hoses for greater reliability and longevity. Meticulously engineered to be direct-fit, these Coolant Hoses include stock style quick-disconnect fittings for a fast and pain-free installation. These Coolant Hoses have max temperature rating of 330°F.
Magnetic Drain Plug. For extra protection Mishimoto includes two M12 x 1.5 Magnetic Oil Drain Plugs. These Mishimoto Magnetic Oil Drain Plugs remove metal fragments in engine oil, thus extending and protecting the life of your engine. A dependable dowty seals are included for superior protection against leaks.
Application. This Mishimoto Heavy-Duty Bundle Kit is designed to fit 2011-2016 F-250 Super Duty models equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke engine.
