Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 5052 aluminum, this rack delivers a lightweight yet durable structure finished with a satin black textured powder coat for corrosion resistance and an attractive look. Using OEM CAD data, the rack precisely matches the vehicle’s roof profile, adding only about 3.5 to 3.75 inches in height and concealing mounting hardware for a clean, factory-style appearance.
Installation. Installation requires drilling 10 holes in the vehicle’s roof, with neoprene seals included to prevent water intrusion. Due to the need for precise drilling and specialized tools such as a rivet nut setter, professional installation is recommended to ensure secure mounting and proper fitment.
Application. This product fits RAM 1500 Crew Cab models from 2019 through 2026 and is not compatible with other RAM models or cab configurations. It is designed specifically for the 1500 Series Crew Cab configuration only.
