Construction and Appearance. This shock absorber boasts a durable 16mm nitrocarburized piston rod to resist corrosion and scuffing, paired with a robust 35mm sintered iron piston inside a 2.25-inch diameter painted steel twin-tube body. It includes a polyvinyl protective boot and a polyurethane rebound bumper, finished in red dust shield color for a clean, reliable look that withstands extreme temperatures from -40 to 248°F.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required and includes all necessary mounting hardware. It is designed as a direct replacement for easy swapping with factory or lifted suspension setups on compatible vehicles.
