The Stainless Works Turbo S-Tube Dual Middle Side Exit Cat-Back Exhaust with the included Factory Connect pipe is ideal for 5.3L Sierra’s that still have their stock manifolds or headers. The cat-back exhaust connects to your 1500 using the factory mounting locations with no modifications required for installation.
