HIGH-DURABILITY CONTROL ARM. The TTX Front Lower Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly, Passenger Side, provides critical support to the vehicle’s suspension system, enabling smooth and stable steering and handling. Engineered for rugged use in both commercial and passenger vehicles, this assembly ensures reliable performance under demanding conditions while reducing premature wear.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from cast steel for superior strength, this control arm features a corrosion-resistant gold finish achieved through Repel-TEK surface treatment. The assembly includes upgraded rubber bushings with knurling to securely attach the control arm to the sub-frame. A neoprene dust boot incorporates an integrated Integri-Boot seal to lock out moisture and contaminants, protecting the ball joint.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, supported by part-specific slotted castle nuts and snap cotter pins included for secure attachment. The unit is pre-greased and includes a 180-degree SAE grease fitting to simplify future maintenance.
Warranty. Comes with a two-year limited warranty.
Application. Fits 2007 to 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models, providing an exact replacement for the front right lower control arm position.
