Off-Road Ready. Give your Silverado the ability to tackle any trail by installing a Zone Offroad 4.5-inch Suspension Lift Kit. This Lift Kit works with the Stabilitrack System and will allow you to mount 35-inch tires giving your truck a rugged off-road appearance. Whether you’re a serious off-roader, want to mount larger tires and wheels, or are just looking to give your rig a more beefed-up appearance, this is the kit for you.
Solid, High Quality Product. This Zone Offroad Suspension System includes a pair of fully boxed heavy duty cross-members and ductile iron steering knuckles engineered to work with the redesigned steering. A 3-piece differential relocation system is utilized to correct front pinion angle with the center differential brace tying front and rear cross-members together for a sturdy differential mount. This coupled with the differential skid plate and cross-member brace create an incredibly strong front subframe designed to correct suspension geometry while increasing ground clearance.
Installation. Professional installation is recommended. It should be noted that cutting and drilling is required for installation. With all the necessary hardware included, this Lift kit can be installed in about 8 to 10 hours time. An alignment is required prior to driving the vehicle.
Technical Notes. Factory 17″ and 18″ wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference. 17×9 aftermarket wheels with a 5″ backspacing or 18×9 aftermarket wheels with a 5″ backspacing are recommended. To reduce the need for trimming, 20″ wheels with 5-3/4″ backspacing are recommended.
Application. This Zone Offroad 4.5″ Suspension Lift with Nitro Shocks is specifically engineered to fit 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models equipped with four wheel drive (4WD). This kit recommended for use with 20″ or larger wheels. Will not fit models equipped with magnetic ride control.
